parents in this area.
INTRODUCTION
The term adolescence derived from a Latin word
‘adolescere’ means ‘ to grow up’.It is a period of social, physical and
emotional change.India is the largest population of adolescents in the world
being home to 243 million individual aged 10-19 years. There were many problems
exist along with our adolescent children.Almost al the problems of adolescence

change. It is a period of stress and change and storm and strife. Through this
article I am trying to reveal my finding about the criminal tendencies of

There are some features of adolescence
1. PHYSICAL
FEATURES- During adolescence the physical growth reaches its peack. The
individual attain biological maturation.
2. EMOTIONAL

3. INTELLECTUAL
FEATURES-During this period adolescent enters in to the ability to think abstractly.
4. SOCIAL

5. SEXUAL
FEATURES-The whole personality structured behaviour is dominated by sex.
Adolescent aggression and behaviour are the most visible form of
violence in modern times. It emerges from multiple risk factors. The childhood
adulthood conflict is one of the major reason for adolescent problems. In our
society the adolescent is considered as either as a child or as an adult.Adsutment
difficulties are another reason.Adjustment problems with society, problem in
school environment, finance problems ,problem of freedom and liberty, problems
related to sex,classroom conflicts,ignorance,use of substances,social
networking sites etc are another reasons.
Theft or
robbery, violence against women and children, drinking, use of narcotics, violations
etc are the main problems creating by the adolescent group. To understand the
problems or criminal in adolescents I prepared a questionnaire and conducted a
survey.15 adolescents participated in the survey. All the surveyes were aware
about the physical change occurred. The spent lesser time with their parents. All
of us use mobile phones daily for entertainment. All of them agree that they
didn’t use any intoxicants. They know its side effects and consequences.
CONCLUSION
There is no unsolvable problem in the world. Problems
of adolescents too. A broad minded approach is need for this.Prental
supervision, proper educational planning, teacher control ,governmental
participation, proper guidance and counselling and good participation of social
workers are helpful in dealing with the problems of afolescents.Discuss the
criminal problems with children and ask them to find a solution.Parents and
teachers can create a mentality against criminal thinking and through it save
our future generation.
